Please read these terms carefully before using the 09bit platform. These rules apply to account registration, accepting bonuses and making transactions.

Account Registration

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
09bit reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A copy of your National ID (NID), birth certificate or passport may be requested for verification. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
Age Limit and Eligibility
09bit's services are available only to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform.
In addition, the following individuals may not create an account:
- Those who are on the self-exclusion list.
- Those whose previous accounts were closed due to rule violations.
- 09bit employees and their immediate family members.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
You can deposit funds on 09bit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200.
- Deposited funds will be added directly to your gaming wallet.
- Every transaction is secured by SSL encryption.
- Third-party payment methods may not be used — deposits must be made from your own account only.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:
- Wagering requirement: 15 times (15x) the bonus amount.
- The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
All bonus offers have their own terms. Please read the specific terms of any bonus before accepting it.
- Bonus funds and real money are calculated separately.
- Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless clearly stated otherwise.
- 09bit reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- In cases of fraud or bonus abuse, the bonus will be forfeited.
Gaming Rules
All games on 09bit — slots, live casino table games, cricket betting, blackjack, virtual casino — are operated under the following general rules:

- If any round remains incomplete due to a technical error, 09bit reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the amount deposited.
- In the event of a technical error affecting a game result, 09bit's decision will be final.
- If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended until an investigation is completed.
6.1 Cricket Betting
For cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international tournaments — the specific rules of each match apply. If a match is cancelled or suspended, the funds for the relevant bet will be refunded.
Fair Play and Fraud
09bit is committed to operating a fair and transparent platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be treated as punishable offences:
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Using any kind of bot, script or automated software.
- Cheating or exploiting weaknesses in the game system.
- Money laundering or processing illegal funds.
- Stealing another member's account details or gaining unauthorized access.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by 09bit
09bit reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Providing false information or identity fraud.
- Suspicious financial activity.
- Being identified as an underage user.
8.2 Closure by Member
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. As part of responsible gaming, you may also apply for self-exclusion or a temporary break.
Limitation of Liability
09bit will not be held responsible for the following:
- Any loss or missed opportunity resulting from an internet connection failure.
- Service disruptions from third-party payment providers.
- Unauthorized use of an account due to user negligence or error.
- Temporary service unavailability during technical maintenance.
